Alice Springs Chicken

 

Today I am sharing with you a great Main Dish that is not my original recipe.  I use a lot of different sources in my cooking and wanted to share this one with you.

This is a great cookbook to have in your arsenal of cookbooks.  I use it often, it first came out in soft sided copies but I was able to obtain a hardback copy one year when I was in Alabama.  Todd Wilbur's

Yesterday I made his Alice Springs Chicken Recipe which originally was served at Outback.  I am enclosing photos because as great as his book is, it does not show nice color photos.  I am not including the entire recipe like I usually do because I would really like for each of you to own his book and try it for yourselves.
